How to analyze search query logs?

The web service performs about 300,000 search queries per day. Search phrases are written to the logs. I would like to analyze them. For example, to identify the most popular queries for a period, or how many times a particular word or something else was searched.
Searching for the most popular query for a period in the forehead is considered to be very long.
