How to analyze mikrotik traffic?

I use two VPN connections on Mikrotik, traffic is allowed directly through one of them, in fact, nothing should go outside the VPN.
How can I analyze all incoming and outgoing connections on the WAN to the provider? Now Active Connections shows all connections inside the router VPN (and not the very fact of connecting to the VPN), so that table is not suitable.
Please provide details if possible

Wireshark will help analyze the traffic on the interface .
In addition to VPN traffic, there may be traffic on the interface towards the provider that belongs to the router itself.
In order to concretely prevent traffic from passing by vpn, you need to explicitly prohibit its circulation through the wan interface.
