How to allow webmin to create directories?

There is an Ubuntu server. It has samba on it and I'm trying to manage it through webmin. The problem is the following. When creating a new share directory via webmin, it is not created. This folder appears in the ball, but it is not on the disk. I'm following the \home\\Share path, maybe I need to press some rights for webmin? If yes, then tell me how?
When creating by default, I choose either root as the default, or , but the result is zero
