How to allow shared folders in Docker under Windows 10?

Unable to assign drives available for sharing in docker daemon settings. The problem is exactly like in https://github.com/docker/for-win/issues/690
Tried https://github.com/docker/for-win/issues/803#issue... - checkboxes are not set
Tried by peterjohnlightfoot .com/docker-for-windows-on-hyper... - login-password is not accepted.
What do you advise?
