How to allow programs to go to sleep?

Hello! Actually the whole question is how to remove the ban on switching to sleep mode from programs?
I use the WISE program, I usually set the torrent to download for about 4-5 hours at night, after which I want the PC to go to sleep. But just because of the torrent, it doesn’t go to sleep.
W10 PRO 64bit
