How to allow GET request without user-agent on Cloudflare?

Good day to all. I ran into the following problem: after connecting my site to Cloudflare, it completely stopped accepting GET requests if they were sent without a header with a user-agent. Is there any way to make it accept absolutely all requests, regardless of whether the user-agent is specified?
