How to allow fastcgi file to be written?

All the best!
There is a small django project that I had to expand a bit. It all starts and works through a bunch of fastcgi and Lighttpd.
So, after expanding the functionality, fastcgi does not want to start up, says that it does not have the rights to create a PID file (/root/projectDir) and a log file (/var/log/) although the rights to the folders (/root/progectDir/pidDIR and / var/log/ ) Chmod 775.
Please
tell me service fastcgi2 restart
Job for fastcgi2.service failed. See 'systemctl status fastcgi2.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.
