Hello, perhaps the question was not formed correctly, but still the essence of the problem:
There is a VPS with a configured apache and a running site.
When executing: curl sitedomain.rufrom the same server I get 403 Forbidden
When executing: curl sitedomain.rufrom this other server, everything is fine.
Tell me, what's the problem, where to dig?

Thank you all, the problem turned out to be much simpler, the current host simply did not update its DNS servers, and curl tried to reach the old hosting (The funny thing is that it's been three days already)

most likely the opposite, there is no site in the hosts.
Add:
127.0.0.1 sitedomain.ru
