If you used the current version of api billing from Google, then after 3 days there will be an automatic refund (refund to the buyer). The old version of the API will be closed in 2021. There was no need to make a confirmation of purchase.
consumePurchase() - Confirm that an app purchase has been seen and a digital good has been dispensed. After that, a re-purchase becomes available.
And the new api without calling such a method as I wrote above will simply return the money back.
