How to allow both protocols (https and https) at once?

Hello. There is a service (namely RESTFULL API), debian 7 and nginx. It used to be just http, now they made https, everything is fine. But if you access via http, it does not work. How to allow two protocols to work at once?
PS API on Codeigniter RESTFULL API.

Well, what exactly is the problem? 2 configs for nginx in one http in the second https. They look at the same directory.
