How to advertise mobile apps in Facebook Ads?

On the facebook ads platform, through App Installs, can I advertise only my apps located on the App Store and Google Play, or can I, as a partner, advertise any apps? The fact is that Facebook requires you to enter a direct link to the App Store or Google Play. I tried to enter affiliate, in this case the system does not detect the application and recommends using a different type of advertising, i.e. desktop. And I need mobile users. How to be?
