How to administer openvpn server?

Are there any open vpn add-ons for convenient server administration. Interested in commands to create a certificate / clients, a list of clients, who drove how much traffic through the server, the time of the last login. All this is desirable in a convenient graphical interface.

There is XCA, but, alas, it uses the outdated openssl, with all the consequences. This is about certificates.
