How to add your class to CKEEditor content?

Needed: in the "Formatting" list (or somewhere else), the user selects an item, for example, "Phone" and the text selected at that moment is wrapped in a span with the desired class.
I didn’t find similar questions either on Google or on the Toaster, usually everyone is tormented so that the changes are immediately visible in the window or set the design for the standard h1, h2, etc., which are already in the default formatting list.
How to do this?
