Good day!
The bottom line is, we have a large number of store categories (more than 200 https://yadi.sk/i/bJO286X03HwKrg ), we need to add them in bulk to the menu. I don’t know how to do something, dragging one at a time is not an option, there is a hierarchy and I’ll just kill the day on mouse movements. Perhaps someone has come across plugins or how to do it programmatically, maybe you need to add something to pull it up from the wokomers ...
I would be grateful for any advice.

So there is a widget special for categories. In 99% of cases it is enough. In extreme cases, it can be stylized or dressed.
This is clearly an easier task than writing a mechanism for synchronizing categories and menus. Which is technically 10 times more difficult. The probability that someone implemented this is extremely small due to the fact that those who know how to do it in code understand that it is bad to do this.
