How to add the windows.h header file and everything in it to arm-none-eaby?

Good evening.
There is a project, it uses the windows.h header file and some of those included in it.
In the project, I decided to use arm-none-eaby, which does not have these files in its composition, how can I connect them entirely, what pack is there?
I think maybe take from minGW there they are, as far as I know, will they conflict with arm-none-eaby?
Maybe someone has already encountered such problems? advise a solution.
A cursory search turned up nothing.

Boost has an internal utility that scans the includes and rips out only the files that are used. Perhaps it can be screwed to your include.
