How to add the "Account" tab to the order in Bitrix 24?

In Bitrix 24, there is no possibility to issue an invoice in an order, as, for example, in a deal, which is actually strange.
The transaction has an "invoices" tab where you can issue an invoice, the same one needs to be implemented in the order.
The invoice itself will have an additional field with the order number (for communication and filtering).
What files to copy, and how to register a tab?
