How to add functional Telegram buttons to a bot, not inline keyboards that are attached to messages, but those that are on the same level as the sticker selection buttons.

keyboard10 = telebot.types.InlineKeyboardMarkup()
If it's Python and I don't know it works on js, but the documentation seems to be the same
