I'm writing a Windows Forms password manager as part of my coursework. I already came up with the design. This is a slightly modified design of the Firefox Lockwise program.

What element from the Windows Forms toolbar should I use to make the same list as the one on the left in this screenshot? Where is the list of logins.

you can’t do it on forms through a standard list, there are 2 options: 1 is wpf, 2 is to make your own list, this one will help you
