How to add shortcuts of different Google chrome accounts to Windows 10 bar?

There is Windows 10, there is Google Chrome with 2 users.
If you right-click on the current user and pin the browser to the taskbar, it pins with the icon of the current user, and everything is ok. But if you do the same with the second user, then when the browser is closed, the icon disappears and the first user is loaded on click.
I would like to have quick access to different users from 2 shortcuts.
(the screenshot shows an example with open browsers, if you close everything, the icon will remain only on the left label)
