How to add scss styles to React component?

I am creating a library. It would be desirable, that export of a component was already with styles. There is a folder with a component. It has a separate js file and scss stylesheet for it. But how to bind these styles to the component?
I use the Create-react-library library. The webpack config is hidden here by default.
What are the options?
