How to add Russian language to the "English" theme of Opencart 2.3?

Hello! To Russify a theme made for an English-language store, is it enough just to add the ru-ru folder to language or is everything a little more complicated? If so, is it rational, or is it definitely better to look for a topic in Russian?
P.S. : ocStore 2.3 is now installed on the hosting. The content is already there, but the theme is still default, I'm looking for a new one.
