How to add programmatically customized Android Studio widget?

I understand how to create, for example, a button programmatically, I understand how to create new buttons by pressing buttons, but I don’t understand how you can edit the contents of a button.
I need to create a layout which will have two more linerlayouts, the first one will have a textview and the other one will have two buttons. Question: how to create all this in code, and not in activity.xml For I will need to display several identical similar widgets with different textwiev values.
PS I DO NOT ask you to do it for me, tell me the sources where this issue is dealt with or please explain. I tried to find something in the documentation, but there is only elementary creation of buttons on button click.
