But something went wrong when I started using poetry commands:

just put the full path to the poetrry file in quotes

Your case is a clear example of the advantage of reading official documentation over watching videos from YouTube gurus. Read, the default installation path is written there. Most likely you have everything installed there, only it is not added to the path. Well, or look for a file on the disk!
