How to add nginx to a server already running IIS 8.0?

Greetings! Given a server on Windows Server 2012 with IIS 8.0. There are several web applications running on IIS that need to continue to work.
Required: install nginx 1.15+ and deploy another fresh application on it.
To be honest, I didn’t have to deal with nginx at all and I don’t quite understand how to do joint work. as far as I understand IIS occupies the 80th port.

To demonstrate, install osPanel https://ospanel.io
on the Winows server. There you will simply (that is, quickly) configure nginx and what else is needed there.
Application ports will have to be separated, of course. This is also elementary configured in osPanel.
For permanent work, it is better, of course, to manually configure nginx separately. If the application runs on php, there is such a thing as php-spawner - it allows, in general, to overcome the shortcomings of nginx for windows.
