How to add net.socket support inside Cordova iOS/Andorid?

There is a NodeJS module that works via net.socket with equipment inside the local network.
In Electron, I just run express inside the application, which handles requests and accesses the module, but with mobile, I can't figure out how to make it work. Tell me where to dig.
