How to add menu items to the "quick transition" of the Yandex browser address bar?

I noticed that on the websites of some banks in the address bar of the Yandex browser, such quick menu items appear. I did not find anything in the site markup that would include such an opportunity. Is there an api for the quick access bar?

There is no API there, don't bother.
