How to add materials to site pages running cms modx rev?

I apologize in advance for this type of question. I'm making my first site as part of my thesis and unfortunately I don't have time to study this CMS.
Actually the question itself. It is necessary that the added material be added immediately to 2 pages.
Example: the site has a News section, the added material (news) should be published in this section, as well as in a special section on the Main page of the site. (3 latest news).
Actually, how can this be implemented?
I would be very grateful for a link or a brief explanation.

Use the pdoResources snippet from the pdoTools collection. This will be the fastest and easiest option. Place the call to the snippet in the section code on the main page.

Accordingly, in Tpl you will have a news design, something like:
