Can you please tell me how to add and configure the .local zone in the DNS server for local users on Windows Server 2008 R2?
Now there is a company.ru zone. For users in the local network, I would like to have addresses for internal web services such as an intranet portal, addresses like intranet.local, tmc.local, etc.

It is not recommended to use the .local zone as it is used in mDNS services. Better make a zone like .int.company.ru
