How to add layout to QScrollArea?

Here I have a layout with widgets and I would like to put this layout in a scroll bar, but it simply throws an error!

If this is not possible, then explain how to make the scroll bar have a lot of labels, and not so that the scroll bar scales purely for a single widget.
PS I'm new in this business, do not judge strictly.
