How to add hidden files to a project?

ASP.NET

Created a project with a ready-made authorization, set everything up. I go to the user account, I want to change the design, but the project does not have those pages that are responsible for this area. There is only layout for the user. how to add other pages?
1, as in my project. 2nd what files are there (threw a friend who also does not remember how he did it)
