How to add extra meta tags to k2 item on joomla?

Good day!
I am using joomla and k2 component. I need to add additional meta tags to my post. The most important thing is to add the og:image ,og:image:height and og:image:width meta. I'm very new to Joomla and I need a plugin or a way to edit these metas from the admin panel in the post settings.
I tried writing the meta using JS, but the Facebook Grabber doesn't see what the JS is doing. And just for the grabber, I need these metas.
Maybe there is some kind of plugin or a way to implement additional meta tags?
