How to add events from Yandex Metrics?

There is a Yandex metric module, there are events, I need to write a control code for the button, that is, as I understand the event for the button, how to do this? And I don’t have access to add goals in Yandex metric, this will be done by the site owners themselves, I need just register these events in the layout
