How to add domains to Homestead Vagrant without resetting the NGINX configuration of already existing domains?

I register domains in Homestead.yaml, execute the Vagrant provision command, and the files in nginx/sites-enabled are overwritten.
What to do if, on the one hand, you need to add new domains frequently, on the other hand, so that the configuration for existing sites is not reset every time?
