How to add default headers to all outgoing emails in exim4?

Good day.
There was a desire to send HTML-emails by means of exim4.
I would like to know how you can add headers that would be inserted into all outgoing letters.
Such headings can be MIME-version:, Content-Type:, List-unsubscribe:and so on.
