How to add data to Table View remotely?

Good day! It is necessary to add several values of the same type to the Table View and thereby replenish the news feed in the application. I can't find any information on how to implement this only from the developer's side using a server, some site, an XLS file, or in some other way. I know English well, but probably this knowledge is not enough. Please share any information on this matter or maybe some ready-made lessons. It's been 3 days and I can't find anything. Thanks in advance!

Of course, you won’t find a ready-made example right away for your task, start small, first learn at least something to do with XLS or XLSX, don’t be lazy, don’t get used to everything ready, be content with what you have and think with your head, this is not a job for 3 days, if not sit back and not wait for everything to work out by itself.
