How to add data to AndroidManifest.xml?

The game has been on the market for a long time and then I received a message

To add auto-login to your game, complete the Google Play Game Services setup
Almost done! You have created a Google Play Game Services project. For them to start working, complete the setup.

and link here - https://developers.google.com/games/services/andro...
and here I don't understand
1. Where is AndroidManifest.xml? (I don't have it in the project, it is automatically generated somewhere in .gradle)
2. Where is res/values/ids.xml ? (ids.xml is generally not available on the computer through the search for such a file)
In general, where are these files? (or you need to manually create) where to fill them with what is written there?

Something about this point I have a misunderstanding ....

@Zefirot

1) You can manually enable the manifest through the settings: 60806b464d827701365791.png
2) When you add the SDK to Unity, most likely the plugin in Plugins / Android / will create a folder with the plugin, And inside there will be these xml files
