How to add custom list button to wordpress editor (TinyMCE)?

You need to create your own list button (bulleted or numbered - doesn't matter) in the editor. What would the list be added with the desired css class. And what would work as usual. I selected the desired text, pressed the button, and the editor immediately framed everything in a list tag with items.

I know how to add my own buttons with a simple layout (wrap in a span with the desired class, for example). It is not possible to make the button with the list work, so that the list would be added and the li items too.

Can anyone suggest a good material? And it seems that everything has already been rummaged through on the Internet - there is nothing but primitive buttons.
