Hello. How can I add the same link for the submenu item that I added for the parent item? After all, adding it through the Appearance-menu-arbitrary links will be static and, for example, when the domain changes, the link will stop working .. Is there any adaptive solution ?

you do not specify a domain in an arbitrary link. Just /mypage wp will substitute the beginning
