How to add composer support to Opencart?

We want to connect third-party libraries via composer. But the composer is not included in our opencart (( Tell me
how this can be done, where and what files to put in order for the composer to work?
Alternatively, I wanted to use this folder from version 3

Okay, I put it on my site, but where can I get the composer.json file itself?
