How to add Bootstrap to Compass project?

What am I doing wrong?
1) I go to an empty folder - compass create
2) compass install bootstrap -r bootstrap-sass
I get an error
load error on line 55 cannot load such file --bootstrap sass
Tried the same as here:

end goal is to make gulp project already on bootstrap... (install bootstap -> sass link)
p.s. I would be grateful for a step-by-step manual ..

Figured it out...
1) need to install ruby ​​devkit
2) gem install bootstrap-sass
3) compass install bootstrap -r bootstrap-sass
