How to add archive in exe application?

I want to add a ZIP archive to my EXE file. Because I want to transfer only exe (not exe and zip) to other PC and exe on other PC should create the same ZIP file. I was trying to add the ZIP as an embedded resource. But when I move the exe from the debug folder to another computer it doesn't work.

Make a self-extracting archive in some archiver.
