How to add additional language to Yii2 system messages?

The Kazakh language is defined as "KK", the framework has built-in translations of error messages, which are here: @yii/messages/kk.
Is there a trivial way to make yii2 translate messages with KZinstead of KK? Those. add a language folder KZand force YII2 to go there if necessary.
Trivial, means to configure directly from the configuration file.

I did not find a "trivial" way. I solved it by changing "basePath" to a directory inside the project and copying the kk folder to kz.
