How to add additional fields to the User model?

I'm new to django so sorry if my question seems silly, but
does anyone know how to add extra information to the User model
I know that I can create an extra module and bind it with a ForeignKey
But this relationship is not quite correct because the User module can have several models
And I need it to be one to one
