How to add a user to Mikrotik via CLI without explicitly specifying a password?

There is a need to upload the same type of config to Mikrotik, it is required to create administrator and operator accounts. I can’t figure out how to get a user in Mikrotik through cli without explicitly specifying a password, maybe some kind of hash like Dlink, etc.
I just want to give the process of uploading the config to the operators, but I don’t want to show my admin password
