How to add a target (javascript event) Yandex metrics to a widget button?

Please help me to set the goal of the metric onclick="yaCounterXXXXXX.reachGoal('ORDER'); return true; on the widget button
Task: When the button is pressed, communication methods pop up - set goals on them so that they can be tracked. Below are screenshots for clarity.
