How to add a slash at the end of the url for a file?

The bottom line is that the site has links like this: https://site.ru/file , but you need to do this: https://site.ru/file/ . How can this be done for files? Because when I put a slash at the end, a 404 error appears. There is an option to transfer each file to a folder with the same name, but this is a last resort.
