How to add a responsive image in Qt Designer?

Hello!
Tell me how to add an adaptive image in Qt Designer? I saw a way to insert an image in QLabel in QPixmap, but there it is inserted with full size, and you can’t even resize the program window because of this.
What are the general ways to do this?
