How to add a percentage to a number in an XML document?

In the xml document, you need to make a mathematical miscalculation. To be more precise, I need to add 15% to TV and display it in xml.

1. I created a shoot where they inserted tv and plus an oval to it 15%, and displayed the amount, then my xml lay down.
   
2. I tried to calculate through js directly in the xml document, but the code is simply displayed there
   

Or in xml this can not be done?
