How to add a payer to Sberbank online?

Hello.
When I go to Sberbank online (as an individual), I can choose several hundred different ways to spend money - on a cell phone, on the Internet, rent, a lot of them. The money is immediately transferred to this legal entity's account and everyone is fine.
How can my legal entity be on this list? I can't figure out how to do it at all. The only thing I found is Internet acquiring, but this, in my opinion, is just a terminal in my hands. And I wanted it to be through Sberbank-online.
And immediately then the question is - how to make it clear to Sberbank (or another similar payment system) that when transferring to the receipt number 12345, the client Ivanov Ivanov is sitting there and should he deposit one hundred rubles?

To do this, you need to sign an agreement with Sberbank.
https://www.sberbank.ru/ru/legal/bankingservice/pa...
When signing the agreement, you will discuss the interaction protocol. It can be individual, but I somehow found descriptions of standard protocols in Google. Search for "a description of the communication protocol for on-line requests for ENP".
According to the protocol that I found, an API rises on your side, which accepts two types of requests "account check" and "payment".
how to make it clear to the savings bank (or another similar payment system) that when transferring to the receipt number 12345, the client Ivanov Ivanov sits there and he must deposit one hundred rubles?

This is provided in the protocol and is implemented by an API request.
PS The question was asked more than three years ago, but the answer may be useful to other users. The Sberbank protocol that I am writing about may not be relevant.
