How to add a new section from favorites in safari?

Good day. I have different links in my favorites, and a separate work folder.
When opening a new tab, favorites and recent are displayed, how to make it so that when opening a new window, favorites are displayed recent and the work pack is a separate section (under a separate line) and not a folder in favorites
